It is assummed that every member will accumulate RD-I ( RESIDUAL DISCOUNT-INCOME ) points every time they bring a new member INTO THE CLUB, and the total of RD-Is RECEIVED for bringing them in, should and must be consumed during that particular CURRENT month.  IF  the accumulation of points is excessive ( MORE THAN ONE MEMBER'S MONTHLY CONSUMPTION INVOICE ) the MEMBER will have to sell ( THE EXCESS ) them to the company at a 50% discount  of their actual value - in real money - all this accordingly and based SOLELY on his last month's of consumption of products or services redered to himself or to herself on that particular CURRENT month.
